These “One-Sided Pregrooved” these are standard Ipe decking boards used for hidden clip systems started or edge boards so that no groove is seen on the outside of the deck. For normal pregrooved boards, there are 2-sides grooved, these ones have one. They are all milled with radius edges “eased-edge” to keep the corners smooth to the touch.
