Need to add to your order or change something? We'll do everything we can.
Before you submit, here's what to know. Our lumber is imported tropical hardwood, sourced and milled specifically for orders like yours — it isn't off-the-shelf stock like you'd find at a big-box store. That means anything you add depends on what's physically in our warehouse right now, and in some cases the material may not be available at all.
Why timing matters so much
Lumber in our warehouse is stored on pallets stacked two deep and four high, organized by species and length.
Once your order enters production, boards are pulled from these pallets and staged for milling, bundling, and packaging. Reaching a single species-and-length pallet can mean forklift-moving as many as eight bundles just to pull one more board. The further your order is into production, the more labor a change takes — which is why timing matters so much.
Our commitment
We will always try to make the change you want, and we do our best not to charge change fees. What we need from you is the exact change — every item, dimension, and quantity — as soon as possible. The sooner we know, the earlier in production we can act, and the more options you'll have.
If you're substantially changing the order
If you're replacing most of your order rather than adding to it, we may need to cancel the original order and rebook it. Whether cancellation is available depends on your specific order — for example, whether custom milling has already been done. If it is available, restocking fees tied to the actual labor and processing already performed may apply.
Either way, we'll give you an exact answer based on your actual order, its production stage, and current stock — not a generic policy.
Every item needs a species, profile/dimension, length, and quantity. The more exact you are, the faster and better our answer.
This is a needed-by date, not a guarantee — it helps us prioritize.
