Refund or Cancellation Request

Relax — you’re in good hands. We know that things don’t always go according to plan, and we’re here to help. While we do have a no-cancellation policy we always try to assist in extreme and rare situations. Many customers are initially worried we won’t approve cancellations, but the truth is: we authorize most refund and cancellation requests when possible because we believe in being fair and flexible.

However, it’s important to know that real costs often begin the moment your order is placed. Depending on the timing and order type, those costs may include:

  • Cutting, milling, or altering boards, which can lower their resale value

  • Labor to pull, move, sort, and restack heavy material

  • Transferring inventory between warehouses to fulfill your specific order

  • Non-refundable credit card processing fees (typically up to 3.5%)

  • Shipping coordination and related expenses, even if not yet delivered

  • Time spent by our sales, customer service, and logistics teams preparing your order

That said, many cancellations result in little or no fee at all — it really just depends on how far along we are in the process. If significant work or costs have been incurred, we may apply a restocking or processing fee of up to 25% to help offset that. But our goal is never to penalize — it’s to protect the business while staying as fair and accommodating as possible.
